At Aquilent, Sean has led the NAVSEA Seaport, DOL E-Procurement System, and USPS.com projects, as well as numerous proposal efforts.

Sean was heavily involved with implementing a HSPD-12 solution for DOL. As part of its HSPD-12 solution, DOL was one of the first agencies to electronically capture fingerprints and use (as part of its HSPD-12 solution) secure internet transmission of the data for FBI background checks. Thus, making the entire process of applying for and obtaining approval for the new badge entirely paperless. DOL employees are now able to use them electronically to gain access to federal buildings and information systems.
