Open Forum Discussion:

Michelle Daney has reached out to Dutch Ruppersberger and he wants to meet about so called "Black Apps" where kids can "sext" and hide communication from their parents. The BOD thinks this will be a great forum to discuss what can be done, what type of legislation could be passed, what can be done to educate kids and parents about dangers as well as legal ramifications etc.
