Abstract:

PMs have a variety of tools to accomplish organization objectives to.  This presentation is focused less on finding the right way but rather the most effective method given the organization and circumstantial constraints and assets. This presentation will take a James Burke “Connections”-style journey through that toolbox and how to apply (and not apply) these to security issues.

Speaker: Jason Hoffman

Jason Hoffman has built his career and businesses on accurately identifying client’s complex challenges and leading teams providing sustainable solutions.   With over 15 years of consulting, project and program management experience focusing on critical organizational challenges, Mr. Hoffman has worked across a large cross-section of clients in manufacturing, distribution and professional services.  Most recently he has spent significant time in healthcare focusing on ACA integration and compliance initiatives.  Previously he has founded two firms, Guidestar Consulting and Sales Dynamics, and worked for NASA, Emerson and a leading ERP software firm.

He has served on several boards of directors or national committees including the Atlanta Dogwood Festival, Community Consulting Teams and Omicron Delta Kappa, the national leadership honor society.  Mr. Hoffman graduated magna cum laude with a BSBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
