Monthly Meeting for November 2017

Topic: Social Triggers affecting Cyber Crime

Political leaders want to see their constituents increase, typically by either explicitly or implicitly encouraging procreation or immigration. You combine that with automation that increases productivity but has the side effect of decreasing the number of people that have jobs, it can lead to underemployment or even unemployment. Which logically follows these educated people that are left behind, with time on their hands, may be more likely to conduct cyber-attacks. The technology aspect is that it is easier to conduct a cyber op with tools like Metasploit able to be run from Andriod or iOS.
