Chapter positions:

President. The President shall be chief executive officer of the corporation and, subject to
the control of the directors, shall have general charge and supervision of the affairs of the
corporation. The president shall preside at all meetings of the members and shall be chairperson
of the board of directors. The president shall have the obligation to report to the membership in
writing quarterly regarding the activities of the corporation during that quarter.

Senior Vice President. The Senior Vice President shall serve as the deputy chief executive
officer of the corporation and, subject to the control of the directors, shall have general charge
and supervision of the affairs of the corporation during the absence of the president, or as
otherwise delegated by the president.

 Vice President of Finance. The Vice President of Finance, also known as the Treasurer,
shall be the chief financial officer and the chief accounting officer of the corporation. The
treasurer shall receive all money, keep amount of the same, and on approval of the board of
directors make all proper disbursements. The treasurer’s accounts shall be audited annually by
an audit committee elected annually by a majority of the members at the annual meeting of the
corporation.

 Vice President of Operations. The Vice President of Operations, also known as the
Secretary, shall have possession of the records of the corporation and of the board of directors.
The recording secretary shall keep minutes of all meetings and be responsible for giving notice
of meetings as set forth under these Bylaws. The secretary shall be in charge of all
correspondence of the corporation and have such other duties as the president deems appropriate.

 Vice President of Membership. The Vice President of Membership shall assume all duties
relating to membership and membership record keeping to include current membership status.
The VP of Membership will also maintain records of CPEs earned and will be responsible for
their timely submission to (ISC)2.

 Vice President of Communications. The Vice President of Communications shall be
responsible for providing communications vision and leadership for the corporation. The VP of
Communications oversees the operation of communications and is responsible for providing the
necessary infrastructure needed for communications that support the mission and objectives of
the chapter.

 Vice President of Professional Development. The Vice President of Professional
Development shall be responsible for identifying and developing programs to assist in the
professional development of chapter members, e.g., educational presentations, certification
training, and other events that have an educational benefit to the membership.

Vice President of Social Responsibility. The Vice President of Social Responsibility
shall be responsible for community outreach and the charitable works for the corporation. He or
she shall be involved in campus outreach, all scholarship programs, the Safe & Secure program,
and all other avenues that allow the membership to volunteer their time for the betterment of the
local community.

Vice President of Sponsorship. The Vice President of Sponsorships shall be responsible
for the management of the Sponsorship Program of the corporation. Specific duties of this role
include interfacing with industry to create new sponsorship relationships and manage existing
relationships to ensure that sponsors receive the benefits as outlined in the sponsorship policy of
the corporation
