Julia Musson is a creative person who enjoys solving problems and working through challenges. Her leadership style leans toward coaching, mentoring, and training; that is, she works to establish an environment, provide resources, and support for her team so all can do the very best work.
Her experience includes active duty in the US Navy - operating, maintaining, documenting, and developing training materials for major simulators and systems. Since leaving the US Navy, she has thrived in defense and government contracting and programs.
